Sooraj Barjatya is known for making films that cater to the family audience. After delivering memorable Hindi movies, the filmmaker/producer decided to venture into the OTT space. Bada Naam Karenge, a web series, has been backed by Barjatya's Rajshri Productions. A day before the web show's release, the makers dropped a new video featuring the senior filmmaker/ producer. In the video, he can be seen sharing interesting details about the project.

SonyLIV dropped a new video featuring Sooraj Barjatya on Instagram. The video highlights the filmmaker/producer expressing joy over youngsters carrying forward Rajsrhri Productions' legacy through his world of cinema.
Talking about the web series, Barjatya adds, "The show flows in a very soft and subtle manner. Because finally, it is something which will make you smile." While sharing the video on IG, the steamer wrote, "When SoorajBarjatya says it’ll make you smile, you know it’s going to be a delight to watch. Rajshri Productions’ OTT debut, Bada Naam Karenge is a heart-warming love story returning back to roots (sic)."
In an interview with NDTV, the veteran filmmaker/producer revealed that the streamer wanted a family show, that is told from the youngster's perspective. According to him, the OTT platform wanted something from the world of Vivah and Hum Saath Saath Hai. "So when it comes to understanding what is it about these family stories that connect with the audience, my observation is helping me, and then it is my conviction," he added.
