Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff is currently promoting his upcoming film, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. The film, also starring action hero Akshay Kumar is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. Now, the Ganapath actor, according to the reports has bought a property in Pune for a whopping amount of Rs. 7 crores. Not only this, he has also immediately leased the property for 3.5 lakh per month.

All about Tiger Shroff's new property in Pune

According to reports in Money Control.com, Tiger has bought a home for Rs. 7.5 crore. The 4,248 square feet house is being developed by the local real estate company Panchshil Realty and is a part of the premium Yoo Pune project in Hadapsar. According to the same article, crediting the database from the real estate platform Zapkey, Tiger Shroff paid Rs. 5.25 lakh as the registration amount on March 5, 2024.

After buying the property, the Bade Miyan Chote Miyan actor rented it out to a company called Cherise India Private Limited for a monthly 3.5 lakh rent.

For the uninitiated, the actor also owns a lavish 8-BHK apartment in Mumbai's Khar area which is valued at around Rs. 35 crore. However, before buying a house, Tiger had mentioned in an earlier interview how he wanted a space of his own for his mother. He also highlighted the times when they went bankrupt. He was quoted as saying, "I remember how our furniture and stuff was sold off, one by one. My mother’s artwork, lamps… Things I’d grown up seeing around us started disappearing. Then my bed went. I started to sleep on the floor. It was the worst feeling of my life. I wanted to work at that age but I knew I could do nothing to help."

Meanwhile, on the work front, Tiger Shroff was last seen in Ganapath, also starring Kriti Sanon and Amitabh Bachchan. The film was a box office dud. He is currently all set for the release of one of his much-awaited projects, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, also starring Akshay Kumar. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film also stars Alaya F, Manushi Chillar, and Sonakshi Sinha. South superstar Prithviraj will be seen playing a villain in the film. It is all set to release on 10 April 2024.
