Banda song from Dunki to be out tomorrow - Shah Rukh Khan heaps praises on Diljit Dosanjh for THIS reason

In yet another musical treat for Shah Rukh Khan and his fans, Dunki moviemakers have decided to release ‘Dunki Drop 6’ featuring the ‘Banda’ song tomorrow. The 58-year-old superstar himself has confirmed the development. Banda has been powerfully sung by famous Indian singer Diljit Dosanjh under the guidance of Pritam Chakraborty. Here is what the announcement message reads.

Dunki Drop 6 featuring Banda song will be released on Tuesday, December 19. Ahead of its release, Shah Rukh Khan has a special message for his fans and well-wishers.

It reads, “Tum jo maang loge dil toh yeh jaan dega banda….vaadon ka iraadon ka aur apne yaaron ka yaar. Aur ek aur yaar @diljitdosanjh paaji ne is gaane mein jaan bhar di hai. Thank u and love u paaji for making Hardy a banda for everyone to love. #DunkiDrop6 - #Banda song out now! #Dunki releasing worldwide in cinemas on Thursday, 21st December 2023.”

Lakhs of Instagram users have liked Shah Rukh Khan’s post including Diljit Dosanjh. Diljit even dropped an Instagram Story this evening and addressed Shah Rukh Khan as the King of Bollywood.

This development comes just days after Dunki makers dropped songs namely Lutt Putt Gaya, Nikle The Kabhi Hum Ghar Se, and O Maahi from the film – which are chartbusters for this week.

Dunki, an upcoming comedy-drama film centered around an unconventional method of illegal immigration, is helmed and edited by Rajkumar Hirani. Produced under the banners of Red Chillies Entertainment and Jio Studios, the movie features a stellar cast including Shah Rukh Khan, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal (in a special appearance), and Boman Irani.

Pritam is the creative mind behind the film's soundtrack, while Aman Pant takes the reins for the background score. The cinematography is in the capable hands of C. K. Muraleedharan, Manush Nandan, and Amit Roy.

Dunki is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on December 21, 2023.
