Bhakshak OTT release date – When and where to watch Bhumi Pednekar’s thrilling crime drama

After giving some good performances in Dum Laga Ke Haisha, Pati Patni Aur Woh, Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, Badhaai Do, Bheed, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan, it was surprisingly disappointing to watch Bhumi Pednekar in Thank You For Coming last year. Although the movie’s storyline is slightly better, the performances of Bhumi Pednekar, Shehnaaz Gill, Kusha Kapila, Dolly Singh and Shivani Bedi created quite bitterness among netizens.

When and where to watch

Seems like the negative reviews have not affected her much and, she has returned with a gripping crime drama this time. This will be the first time fans get to watch her in a contrasting avatar, unlike her usual humorous side. Bhakshak is coming soon on February 9, 2024 on Netflix.

Bhakshak story

The movie tells a story about a brave journalist, who would not give up on trying to make things right after witnessing some terrible crimes. She faces many challenges, death threats, kidnapping, but keeps on going until the truth has been revealed. The movie will be showing her incredible journey and the determination to get justice.

Apart from Bhakshak, rumour says, Bhumi Pednekar also has Takht this year. The historical period drama is directed by Karan Johar, and has been backed by Dharma Productions. Although she will be playing a pivotal role, the interesting part is, this is the first time Bhumi will be working with KJo, and also the stellar A-listers from Bollywood like - Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Anil Kapoor, and Janhvi Kapoor.
