Bholaa Shankar: The Chiranjeevi, Keerthy Suresh starrer to commence filming this November

Bholaa Shankar is one among the many films that actor Chiranjeevi has committed to, in the recent months. The Telugu film, to be directed by Meher Ramesh, is the remake of Ajith's massive hit Vedhalam that also starred Shruti Haasan, Lakshmi Menon, Thambi Ramaiah, Sudha and others in key roles. Keerthy Suresh is cast as Chiranjeevi's on-screen sister in the Telugu version. Ramabrahmam Sunkara is bankrolling the film under AK Entertainments in collaboration with the popular banner Creative Commercials. 

The makers have confirmed today that Bholaa Shankar's muhurat shoot will be held on November 11 at 7.45 am, while the principal shoot is set to commence from November 15. Announcing the same, the tweet from AK Entertainments read, "The Auspicious Day is Set for the MEGA LAUNCH ✨ MEGA 🌟 @KChiruTweets - @MeherRamesh Film #BholaaShankar 🔱 Muhurtam Ceremony will be held on 11-11-21, 7:45AM 🎬 Mega Shoot Begins from 15-11-21🎥 @KeerthyOfficial @AnilSunkara1 #MahatiSwaraSagar @AKentsOfficial @BholaaShankar."

Composer Mani Sharma's son Mahati Swara Sagar is on board as the music director. The director and the composer have already begun work on the film's score recently. While Tamannaah is the frontrunner to play the female lead in the film, a few reports have emerged hinting that other names were also being considered for the project. AK Entertainments will make an official announcement about it shortly. 

Currently, Chiranjeevi is filming for Godfather, the Telugu remake of the Malayalam hit Lucifer, directed by Mohan Raja. The star's film with Bobby a.k.a KS Ravindra, tentatively titled Waltair Veerayya, is expected to go on floors soon.
