When Akshay Kumar inherits a vast mansion, which has been humorously compared to Buckingham Palace, chaos ensues, drawing him and his strange group into a vortex of supernatural events. The teaser mixes spooky scenes - bats, shadows - with Priyadarshan's signature fast-paced comedy.

Does Bhooth Bangla have any connection with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2?
Shiv Chanana, co-producer at T-Series, clarified that they have never received any script from Priyadarshan or his team for a Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise. He also brushed off the claims that an old Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 draft was reused, emphasising that both Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 are original stories with no narrative link to each other or any earlier script.
“It is our franchise. If anything has to be developed, it will be developed by us and under our supervision, which is exactly how Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 were made. I don’t understand where these stories are coming from, this was never the case," Chanana added.
