The Bigg Boss Kannada Season 10 grand finale is being held as a two part event over January 27 and 28. Part 1 got off to start with six finalists – Tukali Santhosh, Sangeetha Sringeri, Varthur Santhosh, Vinay Gowda, Drone Pratap and Karthik Mahesh. Host Sudeep used the episode to speak about each contestant’s journey on the show, which was peppered with dedicated performances for each of the finalists.
The performance for Varthur and Tukali was by Manju Pavagada and Vinod Gobargala, in which they highlighted the duo’s love for their bean bag gossip sessions. Tukali Santhosh’s talent for gossiping got a special mention from Sudeep.
The expectation was that at least 1 or 2 contestants would be eliminated on Day 1, with the first name doing the rounds on social media being Tukali Santhosh. So, who was the first to be eliminated in the Bigg Boss Kannada Season 10 finale? As it turns out, all the online speculation turned out to be true after all. Comedy Khiladigalu fame comedian Tukali Santosh’s run on the show came to and end.
When the fellow contestants and former housemates were asked about who should return home, Tukali’s name came up most often and shortly after, Sudeep confirmed the same.
In the last few weeks, Sangeetha Sringeri, Karthik Mahesh and Vinay Gowda’s have been heard as potential winners, but there’s been a buzz that Vinay may have lost out on the race much earlier than expected. It is being said that following Tukali is Vinay, but that remains to be seen.
Sangeetha is widely considered to be the frontrunner for the Bigg Boss Kannada 10 title, considering that she has been a consistently good performer, and, as many netizens have pointed out, the show has not had a female winner since Shruthi Krishna in season 3. In the milestone year of the popular reality show, it was said that the showrunners could be looking at remedying that.
