Bobby Deol as Baba Nirala will be back on MX Player in the fourth season of the web show, Aashram, after three successful seasons.

Before making a dashing comeback on the big screens with Animal, Bobby Deol's career saw an upward spiral with the web show, Aashram. In Prakash Jha's show, Bobby's character Monty Singh aka Kashipur Waale Baba Nirala received much appreciation. He played the character of a self-proclaimed godman, who is evil, with utmost honesty. Now, after three successful seasons, the makers are coming back with the fourth season.
Aashram, which was released in the year 2020, hooked the audiences with its gripping tale and has been enjoying three successful seasons. After much anticipation, actor Chandan Roy Sanyal, who plays the character of Bhopa Swami in the show, revealed that the upcoming season of the series might be releasing in the coming months.
Chandan, in an interview with Bollywood Hungama, revealed some details about the filming of the show. He said, "Everyone is asking the same question. I think it should come this year. Tayaari toh poori hai. Some portions of the shoot are remaining and some scripting too is happening."
The actor further revealed that the show received a lot of appreciation and love from the audience and it has gone far and wide with all levels of audiences. He said, "Aashram is such a show that has reached all sections of the audience. Whether it’s an auto-rickshaw driver or bus driver, CRPF guard, security guard at the airport, air hostess, biggest surgeon at Mumbai’s Nanavati Hospital, etc. All of them are doing Japnaam. The way Prakash ji has made the show, it has gone far and wide."
Bobby Deol is currently all over the social media as well as multiple events and awards shows after he made his big screen comeback as a villain in Ranbir Kapoor-starrer Animal. For his role, the actor received a lot of love from the audiences and hence he now has a massive fanbase. It will be interesting to see the actor taking up the role of Baba once again.
Coming back to the show, apart from Bobby Deol and Chandan Roy Sanyal, Ashram also stars Esha Gupta, Darshan Kumar, Tridha Choudhury, Tushar Pandey, and Aaditi Pohankar, in key roles. It is directed by Prakash Jha and is produced by Jha under Prakash Jha Productions.
In August 2020, the first season of Aashram was released on MX Player, and its second season was released in the same year in November. The third season of the show was released in 2022.
