The 2025 Tamil film Bomb, which released in theatres in September, has made its OTT debut. As reported earlier, Aha Tamil has acquired the film and is now streaming it. Subscribers of OTTplay Premium can now watch the film.
Bomb is written and directed by director Vishal Venkat in his second directorial after Sila Nerangalil Sila Manidhargal. The film is a satire and takes a subtle dig at the blind faith and superstitions upheld by people. Starring actors Arjun Das and Kaali Venkat in the lead roles, the film portrays the two actors as friends, living in a village which gets divided. However, the sudden death of Kaali Venkat’s character makes people believe that God has descended upon him, while only his friend understands that something else is wrong, given the dead body keeps farting.

The film had opened to mixed reviews upon its release, with the lead cast performances received positively. Actors Shivathmika Rajashekar, Nassar, Abhirami, Singampuli, Balasaravanan and others appear in important roles.
Bomb is written by Vishal Venkat, Manikandan Mathavan and Abishek Sabarigirison. D Imman has scored the music and Rajkumar PM is the cinematographer. Prasanna GK is the editor, and the dialogues have been penned by Makizhnan BM, Manikandan and Abishek.
