BTS, aka Bangtan Boys are currently on a hiatus since 2023. They are serving their mandatory Korean military services. All the members are supposed to return in 2025, according to their company, BigHit Entertainment. But it seems like ARMY is tremendously missing their favourite idols. Hence with the help of their die-hard fans, Jungkook made his big debut in the list of Top 10 songs on Spotify. For the unversed, the whole list is currently dominated by Taylor Swift since last year. After the huge success of Eras Tour, the American singer has made some significant entries in various music labels, other than Spotify.
However, Jungkook's popular song ‘Seven’ from his album Golden bagged the 8th position on the Spotify list. This is the first time the K-pop idol made his entry in the Swedish digital music service. The interesting thing is, Jungkook is the only singer who made the entry in the Top 10 list, where all the other 9 songs are Taylor Swift’s. The K-pop idol collaborated with American singer Latto in ‘Seven’, which has garnered 375 million views on YouTube. Korean actress Han So-Hee is seen making some quirky moves with Jungkook in the music video.
This achievement of Jungkook has sparked a fan frenzy on the internet. Several fans are mesmerised with the record, and are highly praying for Jungkook's more success. His ability to connect with the global music market and making fans all over the world, has once again stunned the ARMY. However, there were some people who also thought about Jungkook losing the Top 10 list, because before Eras Tour, Jungkook was ruling the 3rd position on Spotify. One fan wrote, “Before Taylor's album came out, Jungkook was in third place. This time Taylor was no joke, so I thought he was going to lose a lot, LOL.”
Nevertheless, all the BTS members’ military looks are currently getting super viral. Mostly V, aka Kim Tae-hyung’s sneak-peeks are getting much love on the internet. While some are gushing over his cute looks, some are eagerly waiting for his return and BTS’ highly anticipated World Tour in 2025. Are are even super excited for BTS’ biographical K-Drama, BEGINS ≠ YOUTH, which is slated to release on April 30, 2024.
