Chay Akkineni moves into a swanky new bungalow, here's what we know

Chay Akkineni and Samantha made headlines when they announced their separation last year. No one had a clue that the couple were going through such torrid times in their lives. Both Chay and Sam were living in a plush duplex apartment in a gated community of Gachibowli in Hyderabad. Glimpses of their abode were mostly seen on Insta when Sam used to post snaps.

Well, post his divorce, Chay Akkineni started to live in hotels in Hyderabad and Samantha stayed back in that house and still owns the flat. Sometime back, there was news that Chay Akkineni is building his dream house and will move in very soon. Well, the dream project has been completed and Chay Akkineni moved into the bungalow on the auspicious occasion of Ugadi, the other day.

We have come to know that Chay has sat closely with his designers and spent hours selecting every decorative piece in the house. The house is a perfect bachelor pad with a cinema theater, swimming pool, gym and lush green lawn. The other day, Chay's director Chandoo Mondeti visited Chay's home and also posted a picture for the fans. This new house of Chay is close to his star dad, Nagarjuna's bungalow in Jubilee Hills.

Career-wise, Chay is ready with his new film Custody which has been directed by Venkat Prabhu. For the first time in his career, Chay has played a cop. The teaser was unveiled a few days back and it won the imagination of everyone. Apart from this, Chay also has a few films lined up this year and he will announce them one after the other.
