Chitram Choodara: Varun Sandesh plays a Pawan Kalyan fan in an intense action drama

Varun Sandesh, the Happy Days find, went on to star in several popular films like Kotha Bangaru Lokam, Yemaindi Ee Vela and Mama Manchu Alludu Kanchu. The actor made his comeback with a crucial role in Nuvvu Thopu Raa. He later featured in Induvadana, Michael and Organic Mama Hybrid Alludu. His next release is the action drama Chitram Chudara, directed by RN Harshvardhan.

Chitram Chudara features Sheetal Bhatt as the female lead and is produced by Seshu Maram Reddy and Boyapati Bagyalakshmi under BM Cinemas. The film is gearing up for a release in November or December 2023. The teaser for the film was launched today by noted producer TG Vishwa Prasad (of People Media Factory). The glimpse promises an action-packed crime drama.

The teaser starts with a group of men donning masks of Jr NTR and Ram Charan and attempting to steal something from a huge bungalow. The makers keep the plot under wraps but there’s a huge deal that the pivotal characters in the film are after. Varun Tej is cast as a Pawan Kalyan fan with references to the Power Star’s dialogues from Gabbar Singh and Teenmaar.

The film appears to be a full-fledged commercial outing for Varun Sandesh, whose rugged avatar makes an impression in the teaser. Ravi Babu, Tanikella Bharani, Raja Ravindra, Dhanraj, Kasi Vishwanath, Shivaji Raja, Meena Kumari, Annapurnamma, Racha Ravi, KA Paul Ramu, Ping Pong Surya and Rising Raju are also part of the lineup. Aditi Gautam will shake a leg to a special number.

RN Harshavardhan has also written the story, screenplay and dialogue for the film, while Dhana Thummala is the co-producer. Radhan scores the music for the same and revered technician Marthand K Venkatesh is the editor. Raghu Master and Chitti Master have choreographed the songs lyricised by Ramajogaiah Sastry, Kittu Vissapragada, and Rambabu Gosala. Real Satish is the stunt director.
