The friendship of Wooga Squad members - Park Seo-jun, Choi Woo-shik, Park Hyung-sik, Peakboy, and Kim Taehyung is very heartwarming. They always support each other's work, be it offline or online. Any news regarding the Wooga Squad melts fans' hearts. Just like that, Woo-shik who was recently seen in the Netflix series, Melo Movie, won people's hearts not only with his character but also for flaunting 'Tata mic' face inspired by his Wooga member Taehyung (BTS' V).

The Tata mic face is a facial expression made by BTS member V aka Kim Taehyung and it is widely popular. The facial expression denotes pure innocence and admiration. In one of the scenes of Melo Movie, Choi Woo-shik was seen flaunting his inner Tata mic face and fans expressed their happiness once they noticed it. This proved the term “People who’ve been with their loved ones for a long time start adopting each other’s habits."

More about Melo Movie

Mellow Movie is about a film buff and an aspiring film director who reconnect after a mysterious incident. The series explores themes of romance, healing and past traumas. 

Ko Gyeom (Choi Woo-shik) is a film buff who becomes a film critic. He's passionate about movies and wants to watch every film ever made. On the other hand, Kim Mubee (Park Bo-young), is an aspiring film director with a complicated past and has a love-hate relationship with cinema because of her film-obsessed father.

Melo Movie cast and crew

Apart from Choi Woo-shik and Park Bo-young, the cast also features Lee Jun-young (Mask Girl, Badland Hunters) as Hong Si-jun, an aspiring musician and Gyeom’s best friend, and Jeon So-nee (Parasyte: The Grey, Our Blooming Youth) as Son Ju-a, Si-jun’s ex-girlfriend.

The series is directed by Oh Choong-hwan, known for hits like Hotel del Luna and Start-Up. He joined forces with Our Beloved Summer writer Lee Na-eun for Melo Movie.
