CID 2 is widely known for the iconic trio, ACP Pradyuman (Shivaji Satam) and Inspectors Daya and Abhijeet (Dayanand Shetty and Aditya Srivastava. But when ACP Pradyuman suddenly exited the show, fans expressed their disappointment. Following this, Parth Samthaan joined the cast as ACP Ayusman, but now he confirmed that he is leaving the show as ACP Pradyuman is back again. Amid this, Parth showed off his CID badge and asked, "Kaun rok sakta hai mujh?" in a new video.
Parth Samthaan took to his Instagram account and shared a video where he is seen flaunting his CID badge as ACP Ayushman. He winked at the camera as he posed next to the CID van, and in the background a voice said, 'Kaun rokega mujhe? Koi nahi! Kaun rok sakta hai mujhe, koi nahi?' (Who can stop me, nobody, Wo has the guts to stop me, no one). The video received a lot of attention from fans.

Speaking to Pinkvilla, Parth confirmed that he will take his leave from CID 2 as ACP Ayushman. The actor said, "It’s been an absolute pleasure to be a part of a cult show like CID, even if it’s just for a brief period. I was on board for a few episodes only, a guest appearance, but later got extended for a couple of months."
Parth also revealed that he has other work commitments lined up, hence he won’t be continuing for long. "But yes, I’m grateful for all the love and support the audience has shown during my brief stint," he said.
