Code 8 Part 2 OTT release date – Cousins Robbie and Stephen Amell reunite to carry on their superhuman mission on THIS platform

Where to watch Code 8 Part 2

Interestingly, Robbie Amell and Stephen Amell, the real-life cousins, are back to save the world in the dystopian future. While Robbie will be seen protecting a teenage girl, Stephen will be seen making some deals with Alex Mallari Jr. in the sequel. Code 8 Part 2 will be released on February 28, 2024, only on Netflix.

What does the trailer show of Part 2?

Yesterday Netflix dropped the much-awaited trailer and it showed how Sergeant King (Alex Mallari Jr.), the evil villain keeps trying to trick people by saying he will not hurt them if they obey him. But his actions are clearly the opposite. Two people, Connor (Robbie Amell) and Pav (Sirena Gulamgaus), are seen trying to escape. But we don't know exactly what Pav's power is, but it seems like she can control fire. More importantly, she is brave and hopeful enough to fight back instead of just running. Despite all the rough circumstances, she is not giving up.

Code 8 Part 2 story

After being released from jail, Connor, is trying to stay on the straight and narrow but gets pulled back in when he helps a teenager escape bad cops. He has to turn to his old partner, who got him in trouble before, for help. Can he trust him this time? Directed and co-written by Jeff Chan, the first and original part was also directed by him in 2019.

Time is running out for Connor's mother, who is on death bed. With each passing day, the cost of her treatment swells, leaving him with a stark choice like - leverage his superhuman abilities for a quick, using illegal solution or lose her forever. The busy streets of Toronto become Connor's battleground, where the line between saviour and being a criminal is razor-thin.
