Well, we at OTTplay have come to know that the overseas rights of Coolie have been sold for a massive Rs 80 crore, the highest for any Rajinikanth film to date. This amount includes both the Telugu and Tamil rights to the film. The OTT rights have also been locked at a record price, and there is no denying the fact that Coolie will surely open big.
The action drama is based on the gold smuggling mafia and has Shruthi Haasan as the female lead. Yet another highlight of the film is that Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan is also a part of the film, and he will be seen in a cameo towards the end of the climax.
