Crazxy box office collection day 3: Sohum Shah's thriller remains steady, earns a little over Rs 1 crore

Crazxy box office collection day 3: Sohum Shah recently enjoyed a successful theatrical re-release of his film Tumbbad. Following this, the actor's new project, a thriller called Crazxy, hit the big screen on February 28, 2025. Despite mixed reception, the movie got a decent opening of Rs 1.10 crore at the box office. It witnessed a little growth on day 2, with a collection of Rs 1.55 crore. Are you wondering how much the film minted on day three? Let's find out.

Crazxy box office report day 3

Directed by Girish Kohli, Crazxy, starring Sohum Shah as Dr Abhimanyu Sood, received mixed feedback upon its theatrical release. After earning a little over Rs 1 crore in two days, the thriller remained steady on day three. According to early estimates by Sacnilk, Sohum's Crazxy earned Rs 1.50 crore.

Crazxy's three-day box office collection stands at over Rs 4 crore. It remains to be seen how the film performs at the box office in the future. For the uninitiated, Sohum co-produced this movie alongside Mukesh Shah, Aniket Jain, Amita Shah, and Adesh Prasad.

Also starring Tinnu Anand, Shilpa Shukla and Nimisha Sajayan, Crazxy clashed with Superboys of Malegaon at the box office. While Crazxy garnered mixed reviews, Superboys of Malegaon received positive feedback.

Sohum Shah on Crazxy's journey

Meanwhile, in an interview with PTI, Sohum Shah revealed he was offered Crazxy in 2019. But it was only in 2022 when the actor started working on the thriller. "He (Girish Kohli) didn’t come to me asking to produce the film. He liked my work in Tumbbad. I really liked the script of Crazxy which came to me in 2019 and thought I will be able to pull it off but I will also produce it," shared Sohum.
