The movie is directed by the National award-winning Marathi filmmaker Abhijeet Warang. His debut movie Picasso won critical acclaim and also earned him his first National Award.

We have seen Sharad experimenting with different characters that has a unique side to it like Laxmii, where he played a transgender woman and Tanhaji: The unsung warrior as Chatrapathi Shivaji. Deja Vu is yet another unique and gripping movie where he stars as the solo lead.

The upcoming movie also features the voiceovers of Amruta Khanvilkar and Akshay Waghmare and is produced under the banner of Good Boy Entertainment.

Deja Vu is also talked about for being shot at a single location that will only feature Sharad’s character, which according to him, will make the movie even more intriguing.
