Devara OTT release date: This is when and where you can watch the Jr NTR starrer

Devera is one of the most awaited films as Jr NTR has teamed up with Koratala Siva after a very long gap. They last collaborated for the film Janatha Garage which was a big hit at the box office. Devara is quite special as it also marks the Telugu debut of Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. These two actors have been paid big bucks to act in this action drama which has an ocean backdrop.

We at OTTplay have been bringing you detailed updates about the film and now there is juicy info about the film's post-theatrical rights. We have come to know that the OTT rights of the film have been bagged by Netflix for a whopping price. 

The word is that the amount Netflix paid for the digital rights is the highest ever for an NTR film to date. The makers have earned big bucks with this deal. The film's OTT release will mostly happen in the second week of May 2024.

Devara is all set to release on April 5, 2024, and 50% of the shoot has been wrapped up. So far, the makers have wrapped all the major action sequences. Kenny Bates, the Hollywood stunt master has worked on the action in the film. 

Devara is being made on a budget of 300 crores and will be released as a Pan-India film. Some known faces from across the country will be seen in key roles in the film. Koratala Siva made Acharya as his last film which ended as a massive flop at the box office. So, he is under massive pressure to deliver with Devara. 

NTR will be seen in the role of a father and son in this film which is a period drama. The other post-release rights of the film are also being sold out like hotcakes but for now, the OTT rights of Devara have been bagged by Netflix.
