Devi Chowdhurani director Subhrajit Mitra talks about Srabanti Chatterjee

With a number of relationships, marriages, and breakups, actress Srabanti Chatterjee had a roller-coaster personal life. On top of that, a group of netizens constantly trolled her for her breakups. Subhrajit told TV 9 that he found Srabanti emotional but not a fool. He found her very smart. However, he agrees with the fact that Srabanti easily believes others. “Yes, Srabanti easily trusts others. I am also like that. She perhaps gets hurt for this,” he said. 

Srabanti is learning horse riding, sword fighting, and other important activities for the film. She recently went to Thailand for a trip with her son and to-be daughter-in-law. She returned to Kolkata a few days back. The shooting will start soon. 

Srabanti has been acting since she was very young. She got married to director Rajib Biswas when she was just sixteen or seventeen, in the year 2003. They have a son Jhinuk. They separated in 2016. Then Srabanti married model Krishna Viraj. But it did not last more than a year. She then got married to Roshan Singh in 2019. That also did not work. The divorce case is ongoing.
