On comparisons with Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Dil Mera Muft Ka, Krystle told Zoom, “Just being compared to an icon, is unbelievable. I’m having ‘pinch me’ moments everyday.” She then recalled how her mother used to encourage her by calling her Kareena Kapoor. Krystle believes it is her late mother’s blessings in a sense, to be compared with Bebo.

How did Krystle D’Souza react to Nick Jonas dancing to Dhurandhar song Shararat?

While speaking about what it was like seeing Nick Jonas performing to her song, Krystle recalled being in Amsterdam while watching the video. She did not believe it at first. “Mujhe laga it is some other video and people have added the audio to edit it that way,” she confessed. The actress then checked Nick Jonas’ account and was left surprised. “Is this really happening!,” was her reaction. She then laughed recalling her comment, “Jijuu,” before putting it up as her Instagram story.

Talking about Ranveer Singh’s reaction to her Dhurandhar song Shararat during their live performance, Krystle D’Souza recalled him saying, “This is your song, let’s go!” The actress felt the energy transfer. “His aura, vibe and energy is electrifying. You just want to match up. It didn’t feel like a stage. I felt like I’m dancing in a club. Saree khule toh bhi mujhe koi fark nahi pad raha,” she said laughing.

“If you love your country, you know that you would love to watch a film like Dhurandhar. It is explained so well. The incidents are portrayed so well. Just being a part of something so big is so important, and now, the reach of this has just gone global. This year, it was not on my agenda,” Krystle shared, laughing at how 2025 was a surprising year for her because of the extreme highs and lows. She was left surprised when approached for the song because Krystle doesn’t even groove on Instagram. Confessing she took it up as a challenge, while also mentioning in passing that she loves dancing, Krystle took up the opportunity as a challenge and is glad to have done it since she calls it a life-changing opportunity.
