Did Bigg Boss 17 winner Munawar Faruqui just take the ‘help’ of Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain and others to roast Mannara Chopra?

Today was the much talked about Insta Live session of the Bigg Boss 17 winner Munawar Faruqui. After the emphatic win in the just concluded season of Bigg Boss 17, Munawar is definitely flying high and has all the right to do so!

Munawar Faruqui takes a dig at Mannara Chopra?

Besides his charming personality, what also works in his favour is the gift of the gab, which he utilises to the maximum when he does his stand-up shows. Today, when he conducted his Insta live session, there came a time when he took an indirect hit (read ‘roast’) at his fellow contestant Mannara Chopra.

Munawar 'declared' Aoora as the ‘winner in the NRI category!

What had happened was that, during his Insta Live session, Munawar Faruqui, asked everyone (with a sly smile on his face) whether they knew Aoora, who was the ‘winner in the NRI category. He then followed it up speaking about Navid Sole (the pharmacist contestants), whom Munawar described as, ‘the runner-up winner in the NRI category’!

Not the one to stop at that, Munawar Faruqui then proceeds with his video stating that, ‘Ankita Lokhande being the winner in the Wife category. And then, he described Vickybhai (Vicky Jain) as the winner in the ‘Husband category’.

For the uninitiated, it all started off with Mannara Chopra after making it to the top three spots in the grand finale of Bigg Boss 17. After Mannara Chopra failed to make it to the top two, she gracefully thanked everyone (including Salman Khan) for having given her a most memorable journey in the form of Bigg Boss 17.

After stepping out of the show, she changed her Instagram bio as ‘Winner' in the female category of the show. And after she faced immense backlash, she quickly changed it to ‘Bigg Boss 17 Runner up’. It is this aspect of Mannara Chopra that caught the attention of Munawar Faruqui in today’s Instagram Live session and that’s why he said the above ‘roasted’ lines!
