Recently in chat with BeerBiceps on his The Ranveer Show podcast, when he was asked to give some break-up advice to the youngsters, Kumar revealed that he worked out and exercised more to channelise it. Because when people break-up, they face anger issues and irritations. Hence, they need to do something which will help them to channelise it.
He further said that workout and eating more and more healthy food helped him a lot to overcome heartbreaks. According to him, martial arts was one of the main reasons for him to deal with it.
