Ditipriya Roy reveals her future plans

Ditipriya Roy started acting as a child. She played Jisshu U Sengupta’s daughter in the serial Aparajito. That was her debut which brought her under the limelight. Karunamoyee Rani Rashmoni was a milestone in her career.

Ditipriya played the different ages of Rani Rashmoni. The serial went on for one thousand 500 episodes. Ditipriya did not look back after that. She worked in the films also.

However, Ditipriya has not been seen on television after Rashmoni. She continues with her acting career, along with her studies. She is a college student. Does her acting work diminish the importance of her studies?

The second season of Ditipriya-starrer web Rajneeti will be released soon. She was a student of Patha Bhavan and is doing her masters in sociology in Techno India. She did a BA in sociology from Asutosh College. Ditipriya said she wanted to be an activist. But she would not quit acting.

What more remains to get from life? In a recent interview, Ditipriya answered, “Many things. I want to study a lot. I wish to get a foreign degree. I will start my Masters. I have studies remaining.”

Ditipriya played Prosenjit Chatterjee’s daughter in Aay Khuku Aay. She worked in serials like Durga and Tomay Amay Mile. Her acting was acclaimed in several web series also.
