Producers and Distributors KVN Productions recently took to social media to announce that they have a big announcement to make in a couple of days. Although the production house hinted at no specific names, one presumed that they were referring to Yash 19, which is their much-speculated collaboration with Rocking Star Yash. The comments that came flooding to the same post also reckoned that finally, a major update concerning Yash's next is here soon.
The latest buzz, though, suggests otherwise. According to the ongoing chatter on social media, KVN Productions is planning on collaborating with Challenging Star Darshan on a film and to make things more special, they are also roping in director Prem for the task.
A mega entertainer on the cards?
To further fuel these speculations of this collaboration, KVN Productions released a new poster prior to the mega announcement. The same image includes the letter 'D' in bold which potentially refers to the D in Dboss, and it simultaneously manages to offer a taste of what to expect from the film.
The poster reveals an entire landscape ravaged and destroyed with a huge building, which presumably is a government construction of some kind, far in the background bearing witness to it all. Granted that it's too early to guess, but could this particular setting mean that Prem and Darshan are cooking up a 'socio-action' entertainer of some kind?
If at all, when could the Prem-Darshan go on floors?
It is a known fact that both Prem and Darshan are extremely busy at the moment with their respective commitments. The latter is directing Dhruva Sarja, Sanjay Dutt, Reeshma Nanaiah, Shilpa Shetty, V. Ravichandran and others the period actioner KD whereas Darshan is fully engrossed in the making of Kaatera. Post that, the Challenging Star is rumoured to get started on the film helmed by Milana Prakash, with whom he collaborated on the 2017 film Tarak.
In the recent past, Darshan has hinted at reuniting with Tharun Sudhir for another project and also working with his Kranti team of Harikrishna & Shylaja Nag - B. Suresh for the third time. At the moment, neither of these two projects stands confirmed.
So, with all this in perspective, one cannot be sure exactly when the Prem and Darshan film, if confirmed, will go on floors. Would the duo prioritize this over the rest considering the hype it would generate? Or will they take their own time and come back to it at a later point?
