Don on Netflix: The OTT giant comes up with a funny video featuring Sivakarthikeyan and SJ Suryah

Debutant Cibi Chakaravarthi's Don, which hit the screens on May 13, started streaming on Netflix from Friday. Upon release, the campus drama opened to positive response from critics and movie buffs. The performances of Sivakarthikeyan, SJ Suryah and Samuthirakani received a thumbs up from everyone.

Anirudh's music, a few comedy scenes and emotional moments towards the climax are a few other aspects which won appreciation from cinephiles. 

Netflix has now come up with a short video that features Sivakarthikeyan and SJ Suryah. The duo played an engineering student and college principal respectively in Don. The two-minute video has Siva sitting at Suryah's office, while the latter is seen engaged in some work.

Siva realizes that Suryah is purposefully ignoring his presence and is surprised that the coffee cup offered to him is empty. A few moments later, Suryah initiates a conversation. He says that though he expected that the Siva-starrer would be a hit, he did not anticipate the movie becoming such a huge success. Suryah also takes a dig at Siva's modesty when the latter said that the audience deserves the credit for making Don a hit.

Suryah then said that someone asked him if he could arrange an HD pirated version of the movie, leaving Siva shocked. He added that movie lovers need not resort to unfair ways to watch the film as Don has dropped on Netflix.

He asked Siva to inform people about the film's OTT release and make a request to them to watch it on the digital platform. Siva said, "Don has been released on Netflix. We all have played significant roles in it. Watch and enjoy the movie on Netflix." Siva himself has produced the movie under Sivakarthikeyan Productions along with Lyca Productions.
