Thrigun, who recently entered wedlock in a private ceremony, is back in the news for his upcoming projects. His next release is an action drama titled Ganjam. Just as the title suggests, the film revolves around drug dealers, gangsters and cops. The film has two female leads - Vismaya and Hrithika Srinivas. The film is written and directed by Suresh AKR. The teaser of the actioner was launched today.
The teaser offers a glimpse of the film’s world around the many dangerous situations involving drug dealers and how they need to live life on the edge, being chased by cops and having to face law. The film promises to have a handful of intriguing twists, high-voltage action sequences and hard-hitting emotions. Thrigun embraces a role comprising several grey shades with ease in the glimpse.
The makers state the film is a contemporary story of youngsters affected by drugs, tracing the roots of ganja. Adda Hema Bala Venkata Ratnaji and A Padmanabha Reddy are bankrolling the film under AVR Arts and AU & I Studios. Pranam Devraj, Devaraj and Raghu Kunche play other key roles in the film which has cinematography by Garudavega Anji. Raghu Kunche also composes the music.
The action drama showcases Thrigun in an out-and-out action avatar after Konda. Siva Sarvani is the editor of the film with Dragon Prakash supervising the action sequences. Polaki Vijay and Aata Sunny choreographed the songs which have lyrics by Lalitha Kantharao and Bandi Sathyam. The songs of the film will be out via Kunche Chords.
Thrigun’s recent release is the romance drama Premadesam, out on Amazon Prime Video, where he shared screenspace with Megha Akash, Madhoo. Hrithika Srinivas is already a part of a film named Sound Party, cast opposite VJ Sunny and has also worked on a project with Changure Bangaru Raja actor Karthik Rathnam.
