Gautham Menon, GV Prakash team up for the second time for a horror thriller titled 13

Filmmaker-turned-actor Gautham Menon and musician-turned-actor GV Prakash had joined hands for Selfie (streaming on aha Tamil) which released more than a month ago in theatres. It was announced a few days ago that the duo is teaming up again for a movie, the details of which will be revealed by Jayam Ravi.

The Agilan actor took to Twitter to unveil the title and first look of the project. The movie directed by debutant K Vivek has been titled 13. An excited GV Prakash wrote on his social media page, "Here goes the first look of my next…An investigative horror flick along with @menongautham #13TheMovie (sic)."

The first look poster of the film is quite abstract; though it doesn't convey much, a close up shot of GV is depicted on it. The horror thriller has been bankrolled by S Nanthagopal under Madras Studios. Siddhu Kumar has composed music for the film which has cinematography by CM Moovendar.

JF Castro has handled editing while Nanjil PS Robert is in charge of art direction. Mohan Rajan and Vignesh Ramakrishna have jointly penned lyrics for the movie which has dance choreography by Santhosh. According to makers, the post production of 13 is currently underway in full swing.

Gautham Menon, who was last seen in a cameo in Don, has Joshua Imai Pol Kaakha, Dhruva Natchathiram and Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu awaiting release. The Silambarasan-starrer is expected to be the first among the three projects to hit screens.

On the other hand, GV Prakash has a few films in the lead in his kitty. He has several promising projects, including a Hindi film and a Telugu film, as a composer. The announcement on promo videos and release of 13 will be made later this year.
