Goutam Tinnanuri who worked on hit films like Jersey launched a new film titled Purushaha. His assistant Veeru will helm the film which also has VTV Ganesh and Vennela Kishore in key roles.

Jersey was a smash hit in Nani's career and won several awards. To date, the film is considered a classic in Telugu cinema. The family drama was directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri and had Shraddha Srinath as the female lead.
Pavan Kalyan makes his debut with Purushaha
Well, years later, the Malli Raava director, Gowtam's assistant, who worked on Jersey and several other films like Malli Raava and Massoda, Veeru Vulavala, has now turned director. He has launched his new film in Vijayawada in a very traditional manner. The makers have titled the film Purushaha, and the first look was launched by Gowtam Tinnanuri.
The special aspect of the film is that a newcomer, Pavan Kalyan, is playing the main lead in this film, which will be made on a relatively low budget. Koteswara Rao produces this film, and this is his first project. Purushaha is an out-and-out comedy, and this is shown through the interesting title logo.
Yet another highlight of the film is that not one but three heroines will be seen playing the female leads. Vaishnavi Kokkuru, Vishika, and Hasini Sudheer are the ones who will romance Pavan Kalyan in Purushaha.
VTV Ganesh and Vennela Kishore in Purushaha
Seasoned comedians Vennela Kishore, Rajkumar Kasireddy, and VTV Ganesh play key roles in this film, which will have music by Shravan Bharadwaj. Kalyan Productions is behind this film, which will go on the floors in the next few days. The makers are planning to release the film by the end of this year and will wrap it up in back-to-back schedules.
Koti will edit the film, while Satish Muthyala is the cameraman. Purushaha is a very interesting title and gives away the idea that the film will be high on some adult comedy as well. This is the first time that such seasoned comedians like VTV Ganesh and Vennela Kishore will share screen space, and this itself makes things interesting.
