Currently streaming on ZEE5, cinephiles are taking to social media to share their views about Haddi. Taking to X (formerly Twitter), one user wrote, “Not gonna lie Nawazuddin Siddiqui deserve a national award for Haddi what an actor yaar gus jata hai role mai”. Describing Haddi as Nawazuddin’s best performance yet, another user wrote, “#Haddi @Nawazuddin_S marks his one the finest performance! his mooves, His walk, His talk- Makes you Believe in Haddi”.
Meanwhile, some people found the film to be a little slow-paced in the beginning. “#Haddi in start feels like boring and tired but once you watch it for approx. an hour you realise that it's not that bad @anuragkashyap72 shines as a villain And the last 10 minutes of the film is >>> whole movie AVERAGE (less than what I expected)”, one user wrote.
Appreciating Nawazuddin’s acting but also pointing out director’s flaws, one user posted, “This is where @Nawazuddin_S belongs Finally after a long time we have seen him at his best. Except for a few moments the film is created beautifully writing, direction, acting everything is perfect. @AkshatAjay has left the movie weak in 1st 20 & the last 10 minutes !! #Haddi”. While many lauded Nawazuddin’s ‘exceptional’ performance, others did not shy away from noting that it starts off as a ‘slow burner’.
