Hari Hara Veera Mallu: OTT rights of Pawan Kalyan's film sold for a bomb

Pawan Kalyan is in no mood to slow down, as he is busy wrapping up his pending projects one after the other. One of the biggest among them is Hari Hara Veera Mallu, directed by Krish of Vedam fame and Jyothi Krishna. The period drama is all set to hit the screens on June 12, 2025, and there is a solid buzz surrounding the film.

The makers have started releasing songs, and the number featuring Nidhhi Agerwal has caught the attention of many. On the other hand, various rights to the film are being sold like hot cakes. The latest update is that Amazon Prime Video has bagged the digital rights to the film for a whopping Rs 51 crore. This is the highest ever for any Pawan Kalyan film to date.

This shows how eagerly the Gabbar Singh and Badri star’s film is being awaited across the board. Hari Hara Veera Mallu has been in the making for five long years, and due to Pawan's political commitments, the shoot was postponed multiple times.

The action drama showcases Pawan Kalyan in the role of Hari Hara Veera Mallu, a freedom fighter from the Telugu states, and has been made on a massive budget of Rs 200 crore. This is a big number, and if the film receives a positive response, it is expected to make a strong impact at the box office.

Amazon pays big bucks for Hari Hara Veera Mallu

Amazon bagged the rights when the film was still in the shooting phase. Pawan Kalyan, currently serving as the Deputy CM of Andhra Pradesh, has a massive fan following. Bobby Deol, riding high on the success of Animal, will be seen in the role of Aurangzeb in the film, which features music by RRR fame M.M. Keeravani.
