Here's when the trailer and audio of Hari's Arun Vijay-starrer action flick Yaanai will be unveiled

The news of Arun Vijay and Hari teaming up for the first time was received with enthusiasm by Tamil movie buffs. The team had announced last year that the project has been titled Yaanai in Tamil and Enugu in Telugu. Its action-packed teaser was released a few months ago.

The team is now all set to launch its audio and trailer; it is expected that the trailer and audio launch will be held on May 30. An official announcement is awaited on the same by the makers. Vedikkaranpatti S Sakthivel has bankrolled the film under Drumsticks Productions.

The movie was initially announced to be releasing on May 6, but the team later postponed the date to June 17. Yaanai is Arun Vijay's first theatrical release in the pandemic era. His OTT debut Oh My Dog dropped on Amazon Prime Video in April. Zee5 has bagged the digital rights of Yaanai. The project is likely to drop on the OTT platform in July.

Priya Bhavani Shankar plays the female lead in the film which has Samuthirakani, Yogi Babu, Radhika Sarathkumar, Ammu Abhirami and KGF fame Ram essaying crucial characters. 

Gopinath has cranked the camera for Yaanai which has editing by Anthony and music by GV Prakash Kumar. Micheal and Anl Arasu have helmed art direction and stunt choreography respectively for the film. Snehan, Ekadasi and Arivu have penned lyrics for songs while Baba Baskar and Dhina have jointly choreographed dance moves.

Arun Vijay, who has a few projects in his kitty, is likely to have multiple releases this year. At least one or two among Sinam, Borrder, Boxer, Agni Siragugal and the long-delayed Vaa Deal are expected to hit the screens later in 2022.
