Hip Hop Tamizha Adhi's Disney+ Hotstar release Anbarivu begins promotion with its first single

The team of Anbarivu had launched its trailer recently and announced its release on January 7 on a special episode of Bigg Boss Tamil which was attended by its host Kamal Haasan as well. It was made official a few days ago that the movie will have a direct release on Disney+ Hotstar.

Now, the makers seem to have started its promotion by releasing its first single tomorrow. The track Arakkiyae composed by the film's protagonist Hip Hop Tamizha Adhi himself will have lyrics penned by Vivek and voice lent by musician Yuvan Shankar Raja.

Announcing the same, Adhi tweeted, "#Arakkiyae, the romantic melody from #Anbarivu is releasing tomorrow! This one's gonna be really special... Stay tuned! (sic)." The family drama has the young musician-turned-actor playing dual roles for the first time. Kashmira Pardeshi and Shivani Rajshekar play female leads in the movie.

Nepoleon, Viddharth, Saikumar, Asha Sharath, Dheena, Arjai, Sharath Ravi and Vinod Sagar will be seen essaying important characters in the movie which has cinematography and editing by Madhesh Manickam and Pradeep E Raghav respectively. Pradeep Dinesh and Pon Parthiban have handled the movie's action scenes and dialogues. 

Adhi's previous outing, Sivakumarin Sabadham, which had a theatrical release, was also premiered on Disney+ Hotstar after two months of its release in movie halls. Like the previous film, this movie, too, revolves around the relationship between a grandfather and a grandson, though the crux of the story is all about twins who got sperated after their birth. 

Directed by Aswin Raam, the film has been produced by TG Thyagarajan under the banner of Sathyajyothi Films. The production house had bankrolled Sivakumarin Sabadham as well. Interestingly, they are producing Adhi's untitled ongoing project, too.
