A year after Pathaan, filmmaker Siddharth Anand is gearing up for the release of his upcoming directorial venture, Fighter. The film stars Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, and Anil Kapoor in the lead roles. Ten days before the movie's release, the official trailer of Fighter was unveiled. It opened to a thunderous response from the audience as well as critics. Interestingly, Shah Rukh Khan, who worked in Siddharth's Pathaan, also gave a thumbs up to the Fighter trailer.

Here's how Shah Rukh Khan reacted to the Fighter trailer

In an interview with News18, Siddharth Anand was asked how his Pathaan star Shah Rukh Khan reacted after watching the trailer of Fighter. The director revealed that he met SRK the day Fighter's trailer dropped online and Shah Rukh loved the glimpse and was impressed by it. "He loved the look of the villain and the stunts. According to him, the CGI appeared very seamless," Siddharth told the publication.

For those who are unaware, Siddharth's Pathaan marked Shah Rukh's comeback to movies after four years. Before Pathaan, SRK's theatrical release was Aanand L Rai's Zero, which didn't work at the box office. As for Pathaan, it shattered several BO records and went on to become one of the highest-grossing films of 2023.

BTS of Siddharth Anand and Hrithik Roshan's Fighter

A while ago, Hrithik Roshan shared the BTS video of Fighter thereby giving everyone a sneak peek of the Siddharth Anand directorial. The Bollywood actor shared it on his official X account. He will be seen playing the role of Shamsher Pathania in the movie while Deepika Padukone essays the role of Minal Rathore.
