Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are doting parents to their baby girl Raha. They were blessed with the little one on November 6, 2022. In the next few days, Raha will turn one, and her parents have planned a birthday surprise for her. During a Zoom interaction with fans, Ranbir revealed how his daughter Raha will celebrate her first birthday on November 6, 2023.
Ranbir Kapoor reveals Raha's birthday plans
Ranbir Kapoor spoke about his baby girl Raha's first birthday plans. The actor revealed, "We're going to have a small birthday party for her at home with just family and cousins, so looking forward to that." The Barfi actor further mentioned he is Raha's favourite. "She's barely recognising me now, and I must say that I am her favorite, more than mama (Alia) also," added Kapoor.
He also promised to show Raha's picture to a fan towards the end. However, the actor asked the fan to keep it a secret and playfully said that his wife would 'kill' him.

Ranbir Kapoor reveals Raha's first words
During the same conversation, Ranbir revealed Raha is trying to speak words like 'Ma and Pa' . Apart from that, the actor mentioned his daughter has begun crawling and has become more expressive. Having said that, the actor has now decided to take a 6-month break to dedicate more time to his baby girl.
Ranbir confirmed that he won't be committing to any project after Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal releases. The actor stated he didn't get much time to be with Raha after her birth because of his work commitments.
What's next for Ranbir Kapoor?
On the work front, Ranbir has Sandeep's Animal lined up for release. The actor believes it is the darkest film he has done in his acting career. Kapoor has collaborated with Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol for this project. He will be seen playing Anil's son and Rashmika's love interest in the movie. On the other hand, Bobby essays the role of an antagonist in the film.
Animal is all set to hit the big screen on December 1, 2023. It will clash with Meghna Gulzar's Sam Bahadur at the box office.
