Hridayapoorvam: Mohanlal-starrer's teaser will be out on this date; Here's what to expect

The makers of the upcoming Malayalam film, Hridayapoorvam, has dropped an update on its promo today (July 18). It has been confirmed that the family entertainer's teaser will be released on July 19.

What to expect from Hridayapoorvam's teaser?

The teaser, which is being released weeks before the film's theatrical debut, will undoubtedly give viewers a preview of what to expect this holiday season. It is anticipated that the teaser will reveal details about the plot and the main characters. It is expected to bring back the charm of Mohanlal and Sathyan Anthikad's previous collaborations, providing families with the ideal holiday movie to enjoy in theatres. 

Sathyan Anthikad is well-known for his films, including Vinodayathra and Oru Indian Pranayakadha. Ennum Eppozhum, starring Manju Warrier, was their most recent film together. The movie was released in 2015 and is streaming on JioHotstar and OTTplay Premium. Netizens expressed their enthusiasm for the forthcoming project shortly after Mohanlal announced the release date on social media. A week before its big-screen premiere, a trailer is anticipated.

Mohanlal's Hridayapoorvam release date

Lead actor Mohanlal recently confirmed that Hridayapoorvam will be exhibited in theatres on August 28 as an Onam release, ending any rumours regarding the exact date of release. The rest of the cast and crew of Hridayapoorvam also released a poster. It showed Sangeeth practically yanking Mohanlal's legs in confusion. Like the movies for which Sathyan Anthikad is renowned, the poster exudes enthusiasm that is sure to impress family audience.

Malavika Mohanan, Sangita Madhavan Nair, Siddique, Baburaj, Lalu Alex, and Janardhanan all play pivotal roles in this entertainer. Following the box office success of Empuraan and Thudarum, Mohanlal's third theatrical release of the year will be Hridayapoorvam. The movie will be running in theatres along Fahadh Faasil's Odum Kuthira Chadum Kuthira, Hridhu Haroon-starrer Maine Pyar Kiya and Shane Nigam's Balti during Onam 2025. Meanwhile, Naslen's Lokah Chapter One: Chandra might also hit the big screen during the same time.
