Ileana D'Cruz on postpartum depression

Ileana D'Cruz shared a selfie on Instagram and spoke about postpartum depression. The actress mentioned that between being a full-time mom and keeping house, she doesn't seem to find time for herself. Ileana added that she hasn't been one of those mothers who has immediately bounced back.

"But we just don’t talk about postpartum depression enough. It’s very real. And it’s an incredibly alienating feeling. And I’m trying every day to work on making some time to get myself feeling better (sic)," she captioned her IG post.

The actress added that a 30-minute workout and a 5-minute shower after that work wonders for her but sometimes she can't manage that as well.
