Big win this for Rohit Sharma and his men as after being asked to bat first he and Gill put on a good show. Rohit and Gill scored their centuries while Pandya scored his half-century. Thakur played a crucial cameo to Take the score to 385/9.
In reply, the Kiwi side were shook with a wicket taken by Pandya in the second ball. The Indian bowlers held their nerve and struck with the older ball.
