Ivana expresses excitement over the success of Love Today, thanks audience, co-stars and crew members

Love Today, which is running to packed houses even after a week of its release, is showing no signs of slowing down. The movie directed by Pradeep Ranganathan, apart from acting in one of the lead roles in it, is on the way to become the most profitable Tamil film in recent times.

Ivana, who played the female lead in the rom-com, has now come up with a video which has her expressing gratitude to the audience, her co-stars and technicians associated with the project. The young actress is overwhelmed with the response on social media, constant tags and video edits which celebrate the film.  

All praise for Pradeep, she said that the two-movie old filmmaker is a spectacular actor. Working with Sathyaraj and Radhika Sarathkumar, according to her, was a beautiful experience. She added that one of the shots in the movie's climax has been her favourite moment and that she's humbled with the love Nikhita (her character) has been receiving.  

She described Yuvan Shankar Raja's music as heart-melting and said that it is exciting to see people thronging to movie halls even in the second week of its release. Ivana has also extended thanks to Savitha Reddy who has lent voice for her character.

The Telugu version of Love Today will be released in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on November 18. Veteran producer Dil Raju has bagged theatrical rights of the film. Movie buffs and makers of the film are curious to know about the reception among Telugu audiences.

The makers had announced earlier that Netflix has acquired the project's digital rights. The OTT premiere of Love Today is expected to happen in December. Many from Kollywood have showered praise on the film; Rajinikanth is the latest to have appreciated the movie crew.
