Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan is on its way to achieve yet another milestone. As the film is getting closer to joining the Rs 350 crore club in India, the Atlee-directed action film surpassed the Rs 600-crore mark globally in less than a week.

The movie made Rs 74.50 crore in India on day 1 across all languages and went on to earn Rs 129.06 crore globally, making it the highest opening day in Hindi film history. On Day 6, September 12, Jawan earned Rs. 21.12 crores net in India. The entire amount collected in India as a result is currently Rs 342.2 crores at domestic box office.

Meanwhile, according to industry expert Ramesh Bala, Jawan has already surpassed the Rs 600-crore milestone worldwide at the box office.

On September 7, 2023, the Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu versions of Jawan were released in theaters around the world. Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, and Priyamani star in the Atlee-directed movie. A lengthy cameo appearance is also made by Deepika Padukone.
Directed by Atlee and produced by Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment, the music of Jawan has been given by Anirudh Ravichander.
