A recent Twitter exchange between Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and Tamil director Vignesh Shivan has set social media abuzz. The duo engaged in a conversation praising the incredible talents of Nayanthara and inadvertently dropped what appears to be a significant spoiler about their upcoming movie Jawan.
Vignesh expressed his joy at witnessing his wife, Nayanthara, shine alongside Shah Rukh Khan in the recently released teaser of Jawan. Describing it as Nayanthara's "dream debut" in Hindi cinema, Vignesh's heartfelt words caught the attention of the "King Khan" himself. Shah Rukh Khan promptly shared a screenshot of Vignesh's Instagram story, expressing his admiration for Nayanthara's remarkable skills.
However, SRK playfully cautioned Vignesh, joking that he should be careful now that Nayanthara has acquired new martial arts techniques. In a lighthearted tweet, he wrote, "@VigneshShivN thank you for all the love. #Nayanthara is awesome... but oh, who am I telling this... you already know!!! But Hubby, beware, she has now learned some major kicks & punches!!"
And Vignesh responded to SRK's message with a lot of gratitude and excitement. He also hinted that Nayanthara has played SRK's love interest in Jawan. "soooo kind of you sir Yes sir being very careful but I also heard there is some good romance between the both of you in the movie , that she has learnt from the king of romance , so already cherishing that with the happiness of such a dream Debut with YOU #SRK the #KingofHearts #Badshaah #Jawan @Atlee_dir gonna be a massive global #Blockbuster (sic)," he tweeted.
Jawan is written and directed by Atlee. The upcoming movie marks Atlee's debut in Hindi. However, it will also be released in Tamil and Telugu. Besides Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara, the movie also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani and Sanya Malhotra among others.
Jawan is due in cinemas on September 7.
