Jee Le Zaraa: Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt’s road trip movie to begin filming in 2023?

Farhan Akhtar, the director of Jee Le Zaraa, announced his new project last year. This road trip film will include Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif, and Alia Bhatt as the major characters.

This film was planned to begin production in the third half of 2022, however according to Pinkvilla, development has indeed finalised and filming will begin in 2023.

"It takes more time to work out the dates of the three actresses," a source connected to the project told ETimes. According to the news portal, the three main protagonists are now engaged to certain other films, and the producers are continuously in contact with the actress to set dates for the shooting so it can start sequentially.

Aside from the major performers, the producers are also casting supporting actors, which may take some time. The creators believe that given the current state of things, they can confidently predict that the film will be released in late 2023.

The script for Jee Le Zaraa is written by Farhan, Zoya Akhtar, and Reema Kagti. The film's production will be handled by Excel Entertainment. Audiences are eager to witness the top three Bollywood actresses share a screen soon after the film's announcement.

Farhan recently starred in Marvel's newest series, Ms. Marvel, which is now accessible on Disney+ Hotstar. Farhan will also co-star alongside Saif Ali Khan in the forthcoming film Fire.

Alia will appear in Ayan Mukerji's Brahmāstra, where she will feature alongside her husband Ranbir Kapoor for the first time. She will also appear with Ranveer Singh in Karan Johar's Dharma production Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.

Alia also appears in Darling, a straight digital release produced by Alia's own production company (Eternal Sunshine) and Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment.

Katrina, on the other hand, will be appearing in the forthcoming film Phone Bhoot alongside Ishan Khattar and Siddharth Chaturvedi. She will also appear in Tiger 3 opposite Salman Khan.

Priyanka is now working on her forthcoming Hollywood film It's All Coming Back To Me.
