Saba arrives from Dhaka to find her maternal grandparents' history in Kolkata, guided by an old photograph and a cryptic letter. She enlists the help of a young man, Toposhmitro (Topshe), who is deeply knowledgeable about Feluda and becomes his partner in solving the puzzle.
Their search takes them to historic Kolkata sites (such as St. John's Church) and even to Kurseong and Darjeeling, following a trail of puzzles and clues left behind by Saba's ancestors. The film is a playful, layered homage to Satyajit Ray's Feluda stories, particularly Gorosthane Sabdhan, filled with references and Easter eggs.
