Kanguva: Two fans of Suriya succumb to electric shock while celebrating the star's birthday

Fans of Suriya have been eagerly waiting for an update on Kanguva for some time. The makers announced a few days ago that a glimpse video from the movie will be unveiled today, on the occasion of the star's birthday. The promo video has left his admirers thrilled, and they are now looking forward to the next update.

The project directed by Siva is touted as the biggest film in the star's career. UV Creations and Studio Green have jointly produced the film which will be released in 10 languages in 2024.

Many fans of Suriya across south India celebrated their matinee idol's birthday in various forms. What has left everyone shocked now is the unexpected death of two fans after succumbing to electrical shock. They were erecting a flex board of Suriya in Andhra Pradesh when the mishap happened.

The boys are aged 19 and 20; the news is going viral on social media and their parents are seen shattered. Several film buffs and others have been taking to social media to offer condolences to the deceased boys. Some of them are requesting Suriya to say a few words about the unfortunate accident.

A year ago, another fan of the star lost his life in a road accident. He visited his family and offered financial assistance. He also penned an emotional note, leaving many in tears.

Suriya's admirers were in for a treat for the last few days as makers of Kanguva were teasing them with back-to-back updates. An announcement on his project with Sudha Kongara was expected to happen today, but it looks like it will happen only later.
