Kapil Sharma, who is bes t known as the undisputed king of comedy of recent times, has managed to take everyone by surprise with his portrayal of a delivery boy in the just released film ‘Zwigato’. The film shows Kapil Sharma in the role of Manas, a factory floor manager who loses his job because of the pandemic. After this, he starts working as a food delivery rider, whose world starts revolving around the delivery app navigation and earning good ratings from the customers. Playing his better half is Shahana Goswami, who has also delivered a decent performance in the film.
The makers of Zwigato hit upon an idea to promote their film. That’s why the makers of ‘Zwigato’ recently arranged a special screening of the film for the delivery partners in order to celebrate their hard work and dedication in association with ShadowFax. The screening of the film ‘Zwigato’ was a way of showing appreciation for the essential services provided by these riders, who work tirelessly to ensure that people receive their deliveries on time.

The film's focus on the struggles of delivery riders resonated with the audience, making the screening an emotional and memorable experience for everyone involved.
Readers may know that, ‘Zwigato’ happens to be Kapil Sharma’s third acting venture after his debut film ‘Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon’, which was followed by ‘Firangi’. The recently released film ‘Zwigato’ has been directed by Nandita Das. As for the film’s box office collections, well known trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to social media and tweeted, “Released at limited screens  and shows, #Zwigato puts up a dull score on Day 1… The word of mouth is positive, but it needs to convert into footfalls over the weekend… Fri ₹ 42 lacs. #India biz.”
