Khajuraho Dreams, which was released in theatres on December 5, 2025, will be available soon for streaming on Saina Play, the platform has announced on social media. The road film, directed by Manoj Vasudev, was initially planned as a 2023 movie but got delayed due to various reasons and made its theatrical premiere only last month.
But Khajuraho Dreams opened to mixed reviews and did not make much of an impact at the box office. The film was released along with Mammootty-led movie Kalamkaval, Sreenath Bhasi's Pongala and Indrajith Sukumaran-led Dheeram. Among the four, only Kalamkaval had a good run at the box office. December 5 also saw the big release of Hindi film Dhurandhar, which has been a roaring box office success. Kalamkaval is also the only film from the Malayalam lot to have made its OTT premiere on SonyLiv via OTTplay Premium.

Khajuraho Dreams is about a bunch of five friends who set out on a road trip from Kerala to Khajuraho. Through their journey to the UNESCO heritage site, the film explores themes of friendship, travel and self-discovery.
Arjun Ashokan, Sharaf U Dheen and Sreenath Bhasi play the lead roles in the film, along with Aditi Ravi, Dhruvan and Chandhunadh. The film marks the directorial debut of Manoj Vasudev, while it is scripted by Sethu whose earlier films include Mallu Singh and Salaam Kashmier.
Arjun Ashokan was last seen in the action comedy film Chatha Pacha, while Sharaf U Dheen featured in the recent movie Ashakal Aayiram along with Jayaram, Kalidas and Asha Sharath.
