Sharib Hashmi and Anupriya Goenka's web show, Khoj - Parchaiyon Ke Uss Paar, was recently released on streaming. Directed by Prabal Baruah, the psychological thriller had its digital premiere on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium on December 27, 2024. The web series opened to mixed feedback from critics. A day after it dropped online, the makers shared a new glimpse of Khoj - Parchaiyon Ke Uss Paar on social media.
Khoj - Parchaiyon Ke Uss Paar new glimpse!
ZEE5 shared a new glimpse of Sharib Hashmi from Khoj - Parchaiyon Ke Uss Paar. It was shared on the streamer's official Instagram handle. In the glimpse, Sharib as Ved conveys that he is searching for his wife Meera (played by Anupriya Goenka). He holds a placard with a text that reads, "Kho gayi meri wife kahaan? Search for my Meera (sic)."
While sharing this glimpse, the streamer mentioned, "From marital bliss to mystery abyss—can Ved find his wife? KhojParchaiyoKeUssPaar streaming now, only on ZEE5 to find out! KhojParchaiyoKeUssPaarOnZEE5 (sic)."
Before Khoj's OTT release, Sharib revealed why it was difficult for him to play Ved in Prabal Baruah's series. "Because this is the first time I have played a character in which there is no humour at all. It is an intense character. I have never portrayed such situations anywhere. There were a lot of scenes, not just one, which seemed very difficult to me," he told OTTplay.

In conversation with us, Khoj - Parchaiyon Ke Uss Paar actress Anupriya Goenka revealed that her series is based on Rishi Kapoor's 1989 film, Khoj. "This is based on a movie that Zee had only done some 20-30 years ago, in which Rishi Kapoor had played the main part with Kimi Katkar. And we were trying to adapt it in today's atmosphere. That I found very interesting," she said.
