Ever since the time Kiara Advani made her Bollywood film ‘Fugly’, there has been no looking back for the actress. As time passed by, she eventually went onto become a ‘hit machine’ by adding films like M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story, Kabir Singh, Good Newwz, Shershaah, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Satyaprem Ki Katha and others films in her repertoire!
Kiara says she is not an overnight success story!
Recently, Kiara Advani was in conversation with ABP at their ‘Ideas Of India Summit’, where she spoke about a range of topics. To start with, when she was asked about her Bollywood journey, she had an 'attitude of gratitude'. She added that, when she started off, she did not become an overnight success story.

Kiara Advani's reveals her ‘most defining years’
She attributed her success to the initial years of her career, which she termed it as the ‘most defining years’. She added that, it was those years which has made her what she is today and also gave her a sense of grounding so that she does not allow success or failure to get into her head!
And when asked about her work life and personal life balance, she quickly said that she wished that could be everywhere. She explained that with real life examples like her parents keep wanting her to come home while she has another home to look after along with her career. Besides that, she also has got friends with whom she had not met for a long time. She attributed the success of her work life and personal life balance to the people around her who are extremely understanding, which helps her to prioritise.
While on the topic of work life and personal life balance, she said that, whether she was married or she was a mother or someone's daughter… everything was immaterial in that moment. She pressed on the fact that, post-marriage, she has signed two of her biggest films. She also added that, in her opinion, all the top actresses today were all married, which spoke volumes in itself. Kiara Advani considered that as a positive change.
Kiara Advani, while speaking about her getting married, said that, there were many people who said that why was she (a female actress) getting married. To which, she applauded the audience for, whom she considers as evolved to the extent that they see a person as a character.
On the professional front, Kiara Advani will now be seen in Don 3 and Game Changer. As for Don 3, it stars Ranveer Singh as the leading man and is being directed by Farhan Akhtar. And for Game Changer, it stars Ram Charan as the leading man. The film is being directed by S. Shankar.
