Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi lists five reasons to watch Zee5 original web series Paper Rocket

Filmmaker Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi, who made a notable debut with Vanakkam Chennai almost a decade ago, announced earlier this year that her OTT debut Paper Rocket will be released in a few months. The feel-good drama, starring Kalidas Jayaram and Tanya Ravichandran in lead roles, dropped on Zee5 last Friday.

The series has been garnering good response among critics and movie lovers, thanks to its screenplay, relatable emotions, effective characterizations and meaningful philosophical take on life. Simon K King's music and performances of actors are also being appreciated.

Zee5 has come up with a video in which Kiruthiga has listed five reasons for film buffs from various walks of life to watch the project. According to her, the first reason she believes people should watch Paper Rocket is because it has a story which the family audience can easily connect to.

She says, "It is a project which you can watch with your family members. Paper Rocket has no fight sequences and is devoid of gory scenes. It is also a series which kids would love due to its content." Secondly, Kiruthiga feels that its story is such that it will inspire people to go on a trip.  

The breezy songs in every seven episodes are likely to make people forget their surroundings owing to its impact, and this she says, is the third reason to watch the series. The fourth reason is the surprise element for the audience in terms of the locations where Paper Rocket has been shot.

She says, "You will be astonished to know how beautiful Tamil Nadu is while you watch some of the sequences in the series." On a concluding note, Kiruthiga jokingly says that the fifth reason she thinks everyone should watch Paper Rocket on Zee5 is simply because of the hard work her crew has put into to make the series.
