‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’: Singer Sukhbir collaborates with Salman Khan for the first time for the track ‘Billi Billi’

Just a few days back, Salman Khan had released the trailer of the song ‘Billi Billi’ from his most awaited film ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’. No sooner did the trailer get released, it gradually started climbing up the popularity charts! The track, which was released today, has all the makings of a chartbuster.

The song ‘Billi Billi’ sees the never-before collaboration of singer Sukhbir with Salman Khan . Speaking about the track, Sukhbir said, “I met Salman Khan in Abu Dhabi where he had requested a wedding celebration for his upcoming movie and that’s when I sent him a couple of options. He loved all of them but especially fell in love with ‘Billi Billi Akh’ which was a Punjabi song and lyrics and that’s how we started working on this Hindi version which was written by lyricist Kumaar and the music has been produced by DJ Dips and Supernova.”

He also spoke about his experience ‘working’ with Salman Khan during the shoot of the song. Sukhbir said, “My experience has been nothing short of simply amazing! I did not expect Salman Khan to be so hands-on when it came to every detail, he would call me to discuss lyrics and the musical bits, ask me to edit certain parts so that they make sense to the visuals of the song, and the best part was shooting of the video which was done in Mumbai. He made sure everyone was looked after and I particularly enjoyed meal times with him as it gave us an opportunity to have one on one sessions to discuss the movie amidst many jokes.”

‘Billi Billi’ is an upbeat, peppy song which has been composed by Vicky Sandhu. The track’s lyrics have been penned by Kumaar. The uptempo track has been picturised on an ensemble cast from the film, which features Salman Khan, Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh, Bhumika Chawla, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Jassie Gill, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari and Vinali Bhatnagar.

‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan (which was previously called Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali) is a Salman Khan Films Production which has been produced by Salma Khan. The film, which has been directed by Farhad Samji, stars Salman Khan, Venkatesh Daggubati, Pooja Hegde, Jagapathi Babu, Bhumika Chawla, Vijender Singh, Abhimanyu Singh, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Jassie Gill, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari and Vinali Bhatnagar. The film is slated to release on Eid 2023 and will be a Zee Studios worldwide release.-
